Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend at least 2 weeks for smaller events and 4–6 weeks for larger ones. For peak dates like bank holidays, earlier is always better. Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you in Birmingham.

Do you cater outside Birmingham? +

We primarily cater within Birmingham and surrounding areas. We do consider events in the wider West Midlands depending on distance and event size. Mention your location in the form and Chef Ama will let you know what's possible.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements? +

Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free requirements can all be accommodated. Just mention these in your enquiry and we'll plan the menu around your guests' needs.

Is a deposit required? +

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Payment details are confirmed via WhatsApp once we've agreed your package.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

Cancellations more than 14 days before receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free subject to availability. All changes handled via WhatsApp.
